Mitry Lawyers is a boutique law firm with branches in the heart of Sydney CBD, Melbourne and affiliate offices in a number of locations. Managed by Rick and Richard Mitry as the founding partners, the firm provides practical, personal and professional legal services to an array of clients in a number of specialised areas, including commercial litigation and advisory, media and defamation law, and international law.

Annually, Mitry Lawyers awards the Mitry Lawyers Prize for Media Law to a Macquarie student for proficiency in the unit ‘Media Law’. The Mitry Lawyers Prize for Criminal Justice and Procedure is also awarded to a Macquarie student for proficiency in the unit ‘Criminal Justice and Procedure’.
Recently, Mitry Lawyers set up an arrangement with Jindal Global Law School, India’s largest law school offering internships to Indian students. They have also, in the past, hosted students from across the globe at various stages in their law degree.
