Since graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Linda Dalley has specialised exclusively in criminal defence work and family law. She has experience appearing in all courts in New South Wales, including instructing counsel in District Court and Supreme Court trials and appeals before the Court of Criminal Appeal, and regularly appearing in the local court for bail, sentence and hearings in a range of matters including traffic, drug, weapons, and violence offences. She also appears in the district court for sentence, and conviction and severity appeals, and has experience appearing in the Childrens Court.

 

Ms Dalley can provide advice in relation to all aspects of family law in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court including applying for divorce, arrangements regarding children, and financial arrangements including the division of marital assets, spousal maintenance and child support.

 

Ms Dalley is currently completing her Master of Laws at the University of New South Wales.
